M Series Commercial 4-inch Downlighting Collection

From grand outdoor entrances to lobbies, restaurants and guest rooms, the 4-inch aperture M Series Commercial recessed downlighting family meets all site requirements for a wide variety of applications with lumen packages ranging from 750 to 3500, while providing continuity in aesthetics and performance throughout varying ceiling heights. The design community now has one unique modular family to meet all application needs. The modular design with interchangeable modules, optics and trims, allow for easy serviceability and design changes, as they can be easily swapped onsite from below the ceiling from fixed to adjustable to wall wash. The modular design (housing, module and trim) of DMF products is an ideal serviceability solution as the drivers are integrated into the light engine modules versus the housing, so modules, equipped with quick connects, can be easily swapped out with below ceiling access, making serviceability quick and easy. The M Series Commercial non-insulated ceiling (IC) housings are offered in round and square apertures. The modules include Fixed Downlight and Adjustable (360-degree rotation and 40-degree tilt) and the tool-less field-interchangeable optics include 15-, 25-, 40-, 60- and 90-degrees distributions.

X Series 3-inch Modular Cylinders

The X Series collection of modular 3-inch Cylinders include pendant, surface-mount and wall-mount solutions with field-changeable trims, decorative diffusers, snoot, and optics, providing an unmatched level of flexibility and customization with a choice of over a million configurations. The series included an ADA compliant wall sconce, as well as an uplight option for direct and indirect illumination. The X Series Cylinders are offered in 6- and 9-inch lengths with lumen outputs from 750 to 1250 lumens. Pendants cord and stem lengths can be adjusted on site for maximum flexibility.

X Series 2-inch Modular Downlights

The collection of modular 2-inch downlights feature field-changeable trims, modules and optics for exceptional versatility. The product family provides the ultimate in performance, installation, serviceability and finishes. A breakthrough for error-free installation, the downlights are shipped with a patent-pending collar eliminating over-cutting and drywall repair, common with small-aperture fixtures.

4-inch Round and Square Surface-Mount Downlights

Designed to blend seamlessly into the ceiling, the DRD5S 4-inch LED surface-mount downlights are available in both round and square configurations and extend only 0.6 inches below the ceiling plane to minimize its visual profile. Packed with technical breakthroughs, the ultra-thin DRD5S matches the elegance and performance of a high-end recessed downlight with a specialized lens that transmits clear, beautiful light with a subtle diffusion – all at an affordable price. The all-in-one DRD5S was engineered from the ground up. From its highly efficient light engine and cutting-edge optoelectronic design to its simple snap-in installation process, the performance and versatility allows it to work with more applications, including those with limited plenum space. Simply put, the DRD5S combines the best aspects of recessed lighting and surface mounts into one remarkably small package. The surface downlights feature 90+ CRI and produces up to 1000 lumens while delivering pure, smooth illumination that transforms spaces while disappearing into them. A proprietary driver provides smooth dimming down to 1% and optional integrated test switch is available for emergency lighting. When paired with the SurfaceFrame™, the DRD5S installs into just 2" of plenum space and meets the requirements of the most demanding environment.

The DCC series of LED surface-, wall-, cord- and stem-mount cylinders provides an unmatched level of flexibility and customization with a choice of over a million configurations. Designed for indoor and outdoor applications (IP65 Rated), the sleek series is a modular cylinder system that combines plug and play LED modules featuring DMF’s advanced LED technology, with interchangeable, twist and lock trims and shades, providing a multitude of style variations and easy maintenance and on-site modifications. Featuring a sleek, modern design with no visible hardware, the DCC cylinders’ IP65 rating underwent rigorous water testing, going beyond what third-party accreditation organizations conduct, even submerging underwater.

The modular solution (housing, module and trim) features a module integrated with a choice of multiple color temperatures, field-changeable beam angles from 15 to 90+ degrees, 120/277 voltage regulation and 1% dimming. A single housing – round and square apertures – accommodate 98% of downlighting applications including fixed, adjustable and wall wash from a choice of over 50 unique trims. Precision-crafted aluminum trims meet design aesthetic of any project including pinhole and flangeless – all offered in standard finishes or custom color.
